Crunch Fitness was just one of the many fitness programs that aired on ESPN2 during the 90′s fitness craze. Crunch Fitness also had a series of fitness videos they release during this time. Washboard Abs featuring Terri Walsh was one of them. Terri Walsh was a constant fitness instructor on the Crunch Fitness program. I use to record her episodes of all the time. Terri Walsh was so beautiful and sexy to me when I was a teenager. I loved her New York accent as well. Terri was actually appointed by Crunch Fitness to be there first ever Creative Director of Programming to formulate all programs and supervise the group fitness instructors. There is no wonder as to why she was such a recurring fixture on the show as well. This video is highly enjoyable and very energetic. Terri has incredible energy and amazing chemistry with the other instructors. Terri’s abs looks amazing! Also I have really great news about what Terri Walsh is doing now!
